📦 Return Policy – Irari

At Irari, we do our utmost to satisfy our customers. That is why we process returns carefully and according to clear conditions.


🔙 General return conditions

Upon return, items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • Returned with all tags and accessories

All returns are carefully inspected upon arrival.

⚠️ Hygiene – Shapewear

For hygienic reasons, additional rules apply to shapewear:

Shapewear can only be exchanged.

Not returned for a refund.

➡️ Can NEVER be returned for a refund, only exchanged.

All returns are entirely at the customer's expense and responsibility.

Even if a customer states that the shaper has not been tried on or is still completely new, shapers cannot be returned for a refund. This is due to hygienic reasons.

According to hygiene legislation, products that are in direct contact with the body cannot be taken back if it cannot be determined whether they have actually been unused. As a result, we are unable to resell these products.

We believe it is important that all our customers receive only new and hygienically sound products.

Do you want to return a product? Please follow the steps below:

1️⃣ Email us first

Send an email to iraridresses@gmail.com with:

  • your order number

  • your reason for return

  • and for exchanges: which product + size you wish to receive.

  • Customers are also asked to email us, but they do not have to wait for a response. As soon as you have registered your return and sent the tracking information, you can send the package.

    You do not have to wait for a response to your email, as you have seven working days to send your return.

2️⃣ Package your return

Use the original packaging and include all parts (such as bags, boxes, labels). The return form must be filled in and included, with the order number and the desired exchange product. If this is not done and the return arrives with us, we cannot trace who the return came from.

3️⃣ Ship your return

Returns must be created by the customer and sent via PostNL or another carrier to our return address:

📌 Return costs are always at the customer's expense.
📌 The shipping risk is 100% with the customer.

Please note: the package must fit through the mailbox, as we are not present at the return address every day. Therefore, make sure the package can fit through the mailbox.

4️⃣ Track & Trace mandatory

After shipping, the track & trace code must be sent to us by email.

📌 If a package does not arrive with us, is delayed, or gets lost, this is entirely the responsibility of the customer. Without track & trace, we cannot offer assistance and cannot process an exchange or refund.
